What if a freelancer doesn’t show up?
It rarely happens. But if it does, you can mark the freelancer as a no-show. Their attendance rate is adjusted and they are temporarily deactivated. You can claim a €100 compensation and find a new replacement via the platform. That way, you still stay on track, even when things go wrong.
How do I know if someone is suitable and reliable?
You get insight into previous ratings, the number of shifts completed, and their attendance score. This helps you make a well-informed choice.
