Are there any additional costs for placing shifts through Temper?

Temper is known for its transparency. For each hour worked, you pay the FreeFlexer's rate, plus a £3.50 user fee to Temper. Both are due only after the shift is completed. This includes use of the software, the automatic billing system, support services and the FreeFlexers insurance package that comes with each shift. There are no fees other than this for using Temper!

Can multiple freelancers be hired at the same time?

Yes, absolutely. For large projects – like an office relocation or a complex logistics job – you can post multiple shifts at once. You’ll receive responses from available professionals for each one.

What if a freelancer doesn’t show up?

It rarely happens, but if it does, you can mark the freelancer as a no-show. Their attendance rate is adjusted and they are temporarily deactivated. You can claim a €100 compensation and find a replacement quickly via the platform. This helps you stay on track, even if things go wrong.
