Why did you start working with us?

"Everyday is different here. One day you can manage with 8 employees, while the next day you need 30 for a wedding. Especially in the summer, the weather largely determines how many people you need. Temper's flexibility is very convenient then."

Did you build a flexpool?

"Yes, there are about 10 people in our flexpool. I only invite the FreeFlexers who work with us on a weekly basis. I regularly clean up my flexpool and also take people from the flexpool of my other company; Ice*Amsterdam."

How do you try to be an attractive client for FreeFlexers?

"When a FreeFlexer works with us for the first time, we give them a tour. After every shift, we have a beer, even if that means it's already 3 a.m. We invite the top performers for our flexpool and add them to our WhatsApp group. As soon as we have put a shift online, we send out a text to our flexpool. Sometimes we check in with the FreeFlexer immediately after a shift to see when they can work again."

Do you have any tips for other clients?

"Treat FreeFlexers just like your permanent staff. For example, take them on staff outings. We go on something fun, like sailing, twice a year. We then take our regular staff and people from flexpool ."
