Completing the workforce planning is a challenge many companies are currently facing, including Intratuin. Jeroen also sees differences between the various locations: "It's hard to pinpoint where this difference comes from, it could be due to the accessibility of the location or certain subcultures within the locations." Initially, to maintain full staffing in the store and hospitality areas, they used a traditional temp agency. Due to the platform's flexibility, Jeroen mentions that he can quickly address unexpected challenges in the schedule, a task that is often not possible or takes longer when dealing with an intermediary, such as a temp agency. Jeroen says:

"It sometimes happens that I suddenly need more people, which I can then easily and quickly arrange through the platform. With a temp agency, it's different; you have to decide things further in advance."
