How can I change my bank account number?

For security reasons you can not change your IBAN yourself. To change your IBAN, please contact our support team. Make sure you do this from your account by starting a chat.

We need your information

• your current IBAN
• your new IBAN
• if the change is for your freelance or employed shifts
• if it’s a business account for freelance shifts, we need proof that the business (VAT ID) is in your name (this can be a letter from the Belastingdienst for example)

Second verification freelance shifts

To change the freelance payment details, you'll also receive an email from Finqle once the update has been processed by us. Before payments can be sent to your new bank account, you'll need to confirm your new IBAN with Finqle via that email.
