What does the on-time percentage mean in my profile?

Being on time is important. After each shift, the company indicates whether you arrived on time. This determines your punctuality score or ‘on-time’ percentage on your profile. A high score shows that you are reliable and take your work seriously.

Try to arrive 15 minutes before your shift starts. That way, you’ll have time to get changed if needed and get any last-minute instructions before you kick off.

If your percentage is above 89%, it’ll show up in black. If it drops to 89% or below, it turns red and clients will notice. So show up on time and keep that number looking good!
