What is Temper Pro?

The Temper Pro badge is a great way to show companies that you are reliable and professional. Once you earn the badge, it will be shown on your profile and companies will see it when you apply for shifts. This increases your chances of being selected.

Pro badge

To earn a Pro badge, you must meet the following criteria:

• You have completed 50 or more shifts.
• Your average rating is 4.6 or higher.
• Your attendance rate is above 95%.
• You have been on time for more than 97% of your shifts.
• You have worked at least one shift in the past 12 months.
• You have been blocked from applying to no more than 4 locations.

Extra badge per job category

Once you have earned the Temper Pro badge, you can also earn a silver or gold badge in a specific category, such as catering, chef, sales, warehouse work, or barista.
