What is the difference between ‘not chosen’ and ‘rejected’?

You’ll see ‘not chosen’ when the company chooses someone else for the shift. In that case, your application is automatically withdrawn.

The ‘rejected’ status appears when the company has viewed your profile, but then decides to click ‘don’t choose’.

A rejection isn’t always personal. It could simply be that they are waiting for an application from another flex worker, or the shift is cancelled.
