How do I apply for a shift?

On the platform, you'll find both freelance and employed shifts.

How to apply

1. Go to Shifts at the bottom of the app. You’ll see two types of shifts:
2. Open a shift and read the description carefully. This helps you make sure it's the right fit and avoids no-shows.
3. Select the date(s) you're available.
4. Choose how long your application should remain active. If you haven't been selected by then, your application will automatically be withdrawn.
5. Submit your application and confirm your skills.

And done! Your application has been submitted.

Your first shift

If this is your first shift, you'll be asked to upload your ID. For an employed shift, you'll also need to sign the framework agreement.

When will I be accepted?

We ask clients to respond to applications no later than 24 hours before the shift. But, you may also be selected last minute. As long as your application is active, you're confirming that you're available to work. If you're no longer available, withdraw your application in time to avoid a no-show.
