How do I know what shifts I've been paid for?
Have you received a payment and want to check which shifts you were paid for? You can easily find this in your financial overview.
Profile → Financial overview → Payments
Simply match the amount you received in your bank account with the payment amount shown. Freelance and employed shifts are paid separately; read more about each below.
Employed shifts are paid out on Fridays. Your payslip will also be available in the app that same day.
Payslip
In the overview, you can see which shifts are included on your payslip. For a detailed breakdown of hours worked, reimbursements, and taxes withheld, you can download your payslip.
You can find your payslip under Payments or Payslips.
I received more than my payslip
Sometimes you may receive more than the amount shown on your payslip, for example, if you were still waiting for a payment from a shift in other weeks or a correction was made.
You can download payslips from previous weeks to see where the difference comes from. Any corrections or back payments will be listed as separate line items.
I received less than my payslip
If you received less than the amount shown on your payslip, a correction may have been applied to a previous overpayment.
To check this, download payslips from previous weeks. The correction will be shown as a negative amount.
Sometimes, multiple shifts are paid out in a single Finqle transaction. In your transaction overview, you can quickly see which shifts have been paid.
Documents
Download your transaction statement to see all the details, such as the payment date, the bank account it was sent to, and which invoices were included.
- Sales invoice (M): This is your invoice to the client and includes all relevant shift information.
- Purchase invoice (F): If you’ve chosen DirectPay, you’ll also see a reference number starting with an F. These are the fees charged by Finqle for this service, which are deducted from your shift payment.
- Download your invoices: Go to ‘Invoices’ in your financial overview and download your sales invoice to see the shift details, and your purchase invoice to view the DirectPay costs.
