What certifications does Temper have for employed shifts?

During employed shifts, you are an employee of Temper. We make sure that everything is well arranged for both you and the client. These are our most important certifications:

NEN Certification

NEN (Nederlandse Norm) is the Dutch institute that sets standards for safety, quality, and compliance across industries. The 4400-1 certification by NEN ensures that we comply with the Dutch standards for employment agencies. It confirms that Temper meets legal requirements related to the hiring of staff and the correct handling of payroll, taxes, and other essential processes. Find more info on this certificate here.

SNA certification

SNA (Stichting Normering Arbeid) is an organisation that sets quality standards for the labour market. The SNA certification provides extra protection for our clients. If, for any reason, Temper makes a mistake regarding tax contributions (which is unlikely), our clients are exempt from the 'inlenersaansprakelijkheid'—the responsibility to pay any missed tax contributions.
