When will my invoice be sent to the client?

When you use Finqle’s invoicing services for your freelance shifts, our system automatically generates a sales invoice in your name as soon as you and the client have finalized the checkout. This invoice is based on the checkout details and the agreements you made with the client in the assignment agreement.

Collective invoice

Your sales invoice is included in a collective invoice that Finqle sends to the client every Monday and Thursday, together with invoices from other freelancers. You can find the collective invoice number on your sales invoice.

The collective invoice is also available in the client's financial overview, where they can view and pay all outstanding invoices.
