Can I work a shift that has not been placed on the platform?

A company might ask you to pick up an extra shift, for example if you’re already on site and they ask whether you’re also available to work the next day. That’s great, of course!

Just make sure the company posts the shift on the platform so you can sign up before it starts. If you’re not accepted for the shift through the platform, there’s no official agreement, you’re not insured and we won’t be able to help if something happens during your shift.
