How do I upload my ID?

When you create your profile and apply for your first shift, you will be taken to a page to verify your identity.

1. First, we ask you to upload or take a photo of your ID on the spot. Make sure this is a direct photo and not a copy. Read here which types of ID's are accepted.
2. The next step is to take a selfie (either with your phone or a webcam)

If your ID is valid and matching with your selfie, your identity has been verified. You can now continue on our platform.

The document you used is expired

If the document you use for your Temper account has expired or is about to expire, you can upload a new one in your Profile under My documents.
