Who is my employer?

Check the shift you want to apply for. If it’s a freelance shift, you’ll be working as a freelancer and won’t be employed by Temper or the company you work for. In that case, you don’t have an employer, but you are your own boss.

During your employed shift, you are contracted by Temper. This means that your employment relationship is with MQ Temper B.V. and the companies you work for are considered the hirers, or ‘inleners’ in Dutch.

For each employed shift you work, you’ll have a separate labour contract.
