You can find two types of shifts on our platform: employed shifts and freelance shifts.
Employed shift
For each employed shift you’ll have a contract as a temporary worker, which means Temper becomes your employer for the duration of the shift.
Freelance shift
You don’t have a work contract for freelance shifts. You work these as a freelancer. Instead, you and the client sign an assignment agreement that outlines all the rules and details of the shift.
